Experience Insight’s Retail Experience Programme (REP) works with a major global automotive brand training staff to understand the science behind customer experience and to implement practical improvements based on original research. Brickwall built an all logged-in secure eLearning platform for all delegates across the UK participating in the REP featuring various levels of content management and a basic CRM system to manage and track dealership information. The web platform also featured a comprehensive reporting system so that the REP can provide detailed reports on the outcome of its training and development.
