We obtain information about you when you submit an enquiry form on our website. We can also collect information from you if you make an enquiry directly by telephone or email.

If you take part in the casting process or as a participant in our films, we may collect personal information from you as part of the consent and planning process. If this is required, we will at the time explain fully how this data will be used and your rights to access your data and withdraw your consent at any time.

  • Notify you of the release of a film you are a participant in (if you have requested to be contacted in this instance)
  • Notify you of changes to our services.

We will only share your personal information with Brickwall employees or contractors or clients, were necessary. We disclose only the personal information that is necessary to deliver the service and we require them to keep your information secure.

You have the right to ask for a copy of the information Brickwall hold about you (we may charge £10 for information requests) to cover our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.

We take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information store it confidentially other than sharing it as we state above.

We will delete all information held by us if you notify us below that you no longer want to take part in any of our productions.
